I started training when I was 15 because I moved a lot and ended getting picked on always being the new kid. I started getting into comic books and my love for larger than life superheroes who saved those who couldn’t save themselves! It then got me into the gym and after my first day I knew without doubt this was my path!

At Trident, my mission is to help people find self-love through building self-discipline. I believe fighting for your health should be challenging, but it should also be fun. Every session, I aim to create an environment where you push yourself, grow stronger, and walk out feeling proud of what you accomplished.

For me, it’s not just about building muscle—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a mindset that carries over into every part of your life.

I was in college when I first became a trainer. I was attending IU for Business Administration but wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do with my life. At that time my older brother Zack who is also a trainer offered me a coaching position. I then started training full time and have loved every minute of my experience. What I love about training is helping people achieve their goals whatever they might be. I enjoy the variety of reasons and motivation tactics people have it’s cool for me to see what really matters to these people and their reasons why they are striving to be better. I really enjoy watching people change throughout their weightlifting journey. As the progression starts to appear you can see a change in the individual’s personality and attitude. They will start to believe in what you are telling them and more importantly they start to believe in themselves again. As a trainer you are exposed to a lot of different people all going through different stages and or struggles in their life. I get to help support my clients not only in the gym but also in their day to day life. Building real connections that both parties are benefiting from. Some things I enjoy in my free time are working out, cooking, eating, sleeping spending time with my loved ones/ my dog, playing video games, and even though you might not think it I enjoy reading as well!
